Mumbai Port Trust Recruitment 2017: A Notification for the Recruitment of Graduate, Technician, and Trade Apprentices in the year 2016- 2017 under the apprentices Act, 1961. Applications for Mumbai Port Trust Recruitment 2017 is available in prescribed format at www.mumbaiport.gov.in. Eligible candidates may send their application to Mb. P. T. office address on or before 13.01.20170. The information about Mumbai Port Vacancy 2017 is given below. 

Mumbai Port Trust has invited applications in prescribed format from the Indian Nationals including for recruitment of Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentices for Apprenticeship Training in the year 2016-17 under the Apprentices Act 1961. Candidates who are interested in Mumbai Port Trust Recruitment 2017 are advised to visit www.mumbaiprot.gov.in and download the prescribed application format as available thereon. The Mumbai Port Trust vacancy 2017 Application form will be available from 13.12.2016. You just download it and fill with your correct details and send the duly filled-in application to Mb. P.T. on or before 13.01.2017. 

1. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering: 03

2. Graduate in Electrical Engineering: 03

3. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: 03

4. Diploma in Electrical Engineering: 03 

5. Programming and System Administration Assistant (PASAA): 248 

Sr.No. 1 & 2: Rs.4987/- or as an application as per  sub-rule 2 of rule 11 of the apprentice rules, 1992. 

Sr. No.3 &4: Rs.3542/- or as applicable as per sub-rule 2 of rule

11 of the apprentice's rules, 1992.

Sr.1 & 2: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University as per rule 3 (2) Schedule IA of the apprentice's rules, 1992.

Board of Technical Education of a State as per rule 3(2) Schedule IA of the apprentice's rules, 1992

Sr.No.5: Passed class 10th (SSC) or equivalent and passed National Trade Certificate Examination in the trade of Computer Operation and Programming Assistant (COPA) in I.T.I. 

Age limit: 14-21 years as on 01.03.2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the SC/ST. The candidates will have to produce satisfactory documentary evidence in support of their age . There is no upper age limit for Graduate / Technician apprentices. 

The eligible candidate should download the application form from Mb.P.T. website www.mumbaiprot.gov.in. The prescribed application forms will be available on MbPT website and the same can be downloaded during the period from 13.12.2016 to 13.01.2017. 

The download application form and crossed Indian Postal Order payable at GPO Mumbai/ Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque / Pay order of Rs.20/- in favor of the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mumbai towards the cost of application form. Alternatively, the cost of application form paid by NEFT. The details of the beneficiary are as under:
