IBPS PO MT Recruitment 2016 - 2017: The Notification for IBPS PO / MT 6 has been published by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection at www.ibps.in. The IBPS PO / MT online Examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for Selection of personnel for Probationary Officer / Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in October / November 2016. 

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IPBS) has released the advertisement for Probationary officers (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2016. The process of Online Registration for this newly announced IBPS Recruitment will be started from 26-07-2016. The Graduate Candidate may apply for IBPS PO MT Recruitment 2016 - 2017. Age group of candidates wants to apply for IPBS PO Recruitment 2016 should be between 20 to 30 years. Before going to apply for Common Written Examination (CWE) of Probationary Officers / Management Trainees Phase VI (CWE PO / MT-VI), applicants need to check official Advertisement and satisfy their qualification, age limit and other eligibility criteria for IBPS PO MT Recruitment 2016-17. 

The system of Common Recruitment Process- CWE (Preliminary & Main Examination), Common Interview and provisional allotment for recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in Participating Organisations have the approval of the appropriate authorities. 

IBPS - Institute of Personnel Banking Selection is an autonomous body, has received a mandate from the organisation mentioned below, to conduct the recruitment process once a year. IBPS will make arrangements for conducting the online preliminary examination, declare the result of online Preliminary and inform the shortlisted candidates about the online main examination, declare the results of the main examination and inform the shortlisted candidates about the interview. However, the interview will be conducted by the participating organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each state / UT. 

Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 

Age limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01-07-2016.

Candidates will have to apply to IBPS after carefully reading the advertisement regarding the process of examinations, interview and provisional allotment, eligibility criteria, online registration processes, payment of prescribed application fee/ intimation charges, pattern of examination, issuance of call letters etc. and ensure that they fulfil the given criteria and follow the prescribed processes as mentioned in IBPS CWE PO/MT-VI Notification. 

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from 26.07.2016 to 13.08.2016 (Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows

- Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

- Rs. 600 /- for all others

Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CWE PO/MT” and then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE-PROBATIONARY OFFICERS/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (CWE-PO/MT-VI)” to open the On-Line Application Form. Now, complete the Registration Process for IPBS PO / MT Recruitment 2016- 2017 according to instructions as given thereon. 

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed in official advt. as a Probationary Officer/Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE PO/MT-VI). This examination will be conducted in two tiers i.e. the IBPS PO / MT examination 2016 will be held in two phases, preliminary and Main. Candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the main Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organization and coordinated by the Nodal Bank. 

Depending on the final vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2017-18 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CWE PO/MT-VI will automatically expire at the close of business on 31.03.2018 with or without giving any notice.
